Celeste, very well, just remember that when we are talking about height, we use the adjective TALL, not high, so you have to say: Javier is taller than Carlos.

In the sentence of the rabbits, you have to compare them with another animal, in order to be a comparative.
In inferiority, you have to use LESS, for example, your sentence: Joel is less distracted than Raul.
In the sentence: Hugo is the "but" distracted of the group. You CANT´T do this sentence because it is a comparative not a superlative, then you have to say: Hugo is less distracted than Oscar.
